Each piece requires specific packaging. We design and manufacture custom wooden crates for each shipment to ensure maximum protection during transport. We work exclusively with specialized transport companies (UPS and NACEX, depending on the destination) to guarantee your order arrives in perfect condition.

*Customs duties and taxes are not included in the price and will be handled directly by the customs authorities of the destination country, who will inform the customer of the corresponding amount.
DELIVERY TIMES: At CAITANADAS, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Our business model is "made to order," meaning that each piece is made after the customer has completed their payment. Once the order is processed, delivery times typically range from 12 to 30 days, depending on demand and order volume at that time.
At the time of purchase, we will provide you with a detailed estimate of the delivery time for your order. Throughout the entire production process, we will keep you informed of its progress, including when we begin making your item and when it is ready to ship.
ADDITIONAL TERMS:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can track your shipment in real time.
