SHIPPING POLICY
Every CAITANADAS piece is made to order and travels protected in a custom-made wooden crate. We work exclusively with specialised carriers (DHL and DHL Express, depending on the destination) to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PIECES?
Our pieces are delicate, so we don’t use standard boxes. For every shipment we design and build a sturdy wooden crate, made to measure for the number and type of pieces in your order. Each piece is secured and protected inside so it isn’t affected during transport. You will receive it exactly as it left our workshop.
When you receive your order:

Check the outside of the crate in front of the courier before signing for the delivery.

If you notice any knocks or visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and take a photo.

If you find any issue when opening it, email us at info@caitanadas.com with photos of the crate and the pieces within 48 hours. We will take care of it.

*Customs duties and taxes are not included in the price. They are handled directly by the customs authorities of the destination country, who will inform the customer of the amount due.
DELIVERY TIMES
At CAITANADAS we work on a made-to-order basis: each piece is crafted after your payment has been completed. Once your order has been processed, delivery usually takes between 12 and 30 calendar days, depending on current demand and the destination.
When you place your order, we will give you an estimated delivery time. We will keep you updated throughout production, letting you know when we start making your pieces and when they are ready to ship.
