Thats why we entrust our shipments to a reputable and reliable shipping company such as Correos Express and Nacex. Below, we retail our shipping policies for different regions. Please note that the minimum purchase order on our website is in 2 units per model:

SHIPPING TO SPAIN AND BALEARIC ISLANDS: Free shipping for all purchases made within Spain for orders over €500. For purchases under €500, shipping will have a fixed cost of €8.95 to the mainland and Balearic Islands.

SHIPPING TO EUROPE (EXCEPT THE UNITED KINGDOM AND IRELAND): Free shipping for purchases over €1500. For purchases under €1500, a fixed cost of €15 per shipment will be applied.

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED KINGDOM AND IRELAND: Free shipping for purchases over €2500. For purchases under €2500, a fixed shipping cost of €35 will be applied.
DELIVERY TIMES
At Caitanadas, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Our business model is "made to order", which means that each piece is made after the customer has completed their payment. Once the order has been processed, delivery times usually range from 12 to 30 days, depending on demand and the volume of orders at that time.
At the time of purchase, we will provide you with a detailed estimate od the delivery time for your order. Throughout the production process, we will keep you informed of progress, including when we start manufacturing and when your item is already to be shipped.
ADDITIONAL TERMS:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment in real time.
