2. PURPOSE
These conditions regulate the purchase of handmade designers items, manufactured to order ( made-to-order) and sold exclusively at www.caitanadas.com. A minimum order of 2 units per model applies, as specified for each product. Use of the site implies acceptance of the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. 
 
3. USERS
Users must be over 18 years age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. 
You guarantee that the information provided is true and accurate. 
You agree not to use the site for illegal purposes. 
 
4. PURCHASE PROCESS
Select the products (minimum 2 units per model), add them to the cart, confirm and pay. 
The price shown includes taxes; VAT is applied can be viewed in the shopping cart and at checkout. 
The User receives by email: order confirmation with purchase details, invoice (if desired) and shipping notification. 
The order customizes new parts; upon confirmation, the User agrees that they will be manufactured according to their specifications.
 
5. AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to availability of materials. In the event of a shortage, the Customer will be informed and the amount paid will be refunded. 
 
6. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices are listed in euros (€) and do not include VAT until the shopping cart. 
Shipping via Correos Express or Nacex (cost calculated when entering address and purchase amount)
Available payment methods: card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, via secure SSL connection. 
Card pre-authorization upon confirmation; final charge when orders are shipped or confirmed. 
If payment is not authorizes, the order will be cancelled and the Customer will be informed.

7. DELIVERY
DELIVERY AREAS: Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, as well as Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, The Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Ireland. 
Usual delivery time: minimum 10 working days to 30 days from order confirmation. 
If the carrier does not deliver due to absence, they will leave a notice and the delivery can be rescheduled. 
If 30 days pass since package is available and it has not been collected, it will be understood as a withdrawal; a refund od the price+VAT will be made, not including optional additional costs. 
Ownership of the products passes to the Customer when Caitanadas receives full payment or at the time of delivery, if this is later. The risks are transferred to the Customers upon delivery. 
 
8.ORDERS ERRORS 
The customers may correct errors during the purchase process or by contacting customer service before confirming and paying. 
They may also request corrections after placing the order by email.

9. RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL AND WARRANTY
Given that all product offered by CAITANADAS are manufacturated to order and according to the customer's individual specifications, return are not accepted and the right of withdrawal is not recognized, in accordance with the provisions os Articles 103.c) and 103.e) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November (TRLGDCU), which regulates the General Law for Protection of Customers and Users. 
This is because:
Each order initiates an exclusive and personalized production process manufactured specifically for the customer. 
These are not products in stock, but pieces designed and made specifically for each order. 
Due to their handcrafted nature, manu pieces may have slight variations typical of this type production, which are not considered defects or grounds for return. 
Legal summary:
The right of withdrawal is not applicable to distance contracts for goods 'made to the consumer's and user's specifications or clearly personalized or for goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

*When can you request a return or exchange?
CAITANADAS will accept returns in the following cases, provided that notifications is given 14 calendar days of receipt: 
The product has arrived defective or damaged during transport. 
The product received does not correspond to the order places (error on the part of CAITANADAS)
In these cases: You must send an email to info@caitanadas.com including:
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief explanation of the problem
- Order number
If the claim is accepted, the following will be offered:
- Replacement at no additional cost or a full return of the product + shipping costs, as preferred by the customer. Returns of used tampered products, or products that are not in their original packaging, will not be accepted.

10. DISCLAIMER​​
CAITANADAS will not be liable for indirect losses such as loss of profits, business interruptions, etc. 
Product images are illustrative; they may differ slightly from the final product. No responsibility is assumed for logistical delays in transport, technical failures on the website or causes of force mayor (social, natural or legal stress). Nor is any responsibility assumed for incorrect use or normal wear and tear of products, or for incorrect returns by the Customer.

11. COMMUNICATIONS
Communications will preferably be made by email or notifications on the website. The Users agrees that these channels comply with the legal requirement for written communication.
