Each piece requires specific packaging. For this reason, we create custom-made wooden crates for every shipment to ensure maximum protection during transport.
We work exclusively with specialized courier companies (UPS and NACEX, depending on the destination) to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition.

This is a delicate, handcrafted piece that, with proper care, can last a long time. The brass has a mirror-polished finish with an oven-baked treatment that ensures its shine lasts and eliminates the need for polishing. We offer some tips to help you maintain its durability.
- Do not use corrosive products: For cleaning, avoid corrosive products such as solvents, alcohol, or ammonia.
- Clean with a soft chamois cloth using water or a soapy cleaning product, never with rough surfaces (use a sponge, not a scouring pad).
Cleaning Instructions for Glass Dishes
- Dishwasher or Hand Washing: Dishes can be washed in the dishwasher, but you can also opt for hand washing. In both cases, be careful to avoid strong impacts that could damage or break the glass.
- The brass piece attached to the glass plate is the only part that will need occasional polishing , when you notice the brass has darkened or dark spots appear. Clean it with the brass polish that comes with the piece.
