Designed especially for petit fours, Bolonia features eight removable 40 mm crystal plates, the perfect size to enhance the most refined creations.
Like all our pieces, Bolonia is conceived with versatility in mind. Each plate is removable, allowing the piece to be displayed with all eight plates or configured with just four or six, adapting effortlessly to the culinary concept envisioned by the chef. Its beauty remains intact in every composition.

SHIPPING

This is a delicate handcrafted piece that, with proper care, can have a long lifespan. The brass finish is mirror-polished with a baked-on treatment that ensures its shine lasts and eliminates the need for polishing. To ensure durability, we offer the following tips:
Do not use corrosive products: For cleaning, avoid corrosive products such as solvents, alcohol, or ammonia.
Clean with a soft cloth and water or a soapy cleaning product, never with abrasive surfaces (a sponge is fine, but not a scouring pad).
Cleaning Instructions for Glass Plates
Dishwasher or Hand Washing: The plates can be washed in the dishwasher, but you can also opt for hand washing. In both cases, be careful to avoid strong impacts that could damage or break the glass.
The brass piece attached to the glass plate is the only part that needs occasional polishing, when you notice that the brass has darkened or dark spots appear. The cleaning will be done with the brass polish that you will receive along with the piece.
