DE MADRID APPETIZER
Its brass structure rises from a Black Pearl granite base, creating a light and sophisticated visual balance that adds height and dynamism to the presentation while taking up very little space on the table.
The two 70 mm diameter glass plates provide the ideal surface for presenting several small bites, allowing chefs to create a variety of compositions, textures and presentations. Conceived especially for serving a welcome snack, an opening appetizer, or a selection of petit fours to conclude a tasting menu, its versatility also makes it suitable for many other moments throughout the dining experience.

SHIPPING
Each piece requires bespoke packaging. For this reason, we manufacture custom-made wooden crates for every shipment to ensure maximum protection during transport.
We work exclusively with specialised couriers (DHL) to guarantee that your piece arrives in perfect condition.

This is a delicate handcrafted piece that, with proper care, can have a long lifespan. The brass finish is mirror-polished with a baked-on treatment that ensures its shine lasts and eliminates the need for polishing. To ensure durability, we offer the following tips:
- Do not use corrosive products: For cleaning, avoid corrosive products such as solvents, alcohol, or ammonia.
- Clean with a soft cloth and water or a soapy cleaning product, never with abrasive surfaces (a sponge is fine, but not a scouring pad).
- Cleaning Instructions for Glass Plates
Dishwasher or Hand Washing: The plates can be washed in the dishwasher, but you can also opt for hand washing. In both cases, be careful to avoid strong impacts that could damage or break the glass.
The brass piece attached to the glass plate is the only part that needs occasional polishing, when you notice that the brass has darkened or dark spots appear. The cleaning will be done with the brass polish that you will receive along with the piece.
